Implementation of Cleaner Production Strategies for Batik Production Process in Banten Batik Center

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of cleaner production strategies for batik process in Banten Batik Center. The Center produces types form stamped and written batik. research method used is Quick screening by analyzing stages then identifying waste generated formulating clean options. consists of: cutting mori cloth, boiling (stamp writing), pickpocketing, dyeing, pelorodan, washing, drying packaging. results obtained 10 options that can be applied. In terms technical feasibility, main priority utilization cloth into scarves rags, reuse water if there residue, washing carried out large ponds. economic feasibility test option ponds has a fast payback period (PBP) value 0.53 months. Break event point calculation show company must sell 108 pieces order reach impact point. at was declared feasible profitable implement because it had Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1.
